  • Get some fresh air during your staycation by taking a trip to the iconic Lady Bird Lake
  • Keep Austin Weird during your staycation by checking out some of Austin’s local music venues. Discover a new local Austin band and expand your music taste!
  • Are you into the arts? Go on an Austin mural tour! From the “I love you so much” to the “You’re my butter half” mural, Austin has a wide variety of street art to admire.
  • Relax in the giant tree house at the Kingsbury Commons at Pease Park.
  • Spend an evening at the Congress Avenue Bridge to watch the Mexican free-tail bats fly out into the Austin sky.
  • Take a relaxing trip to one of Austin’s Museums! The Blanton Museum of Art is home to over 20,000 works of art. More of a history buff? Just across the street is the Bullock Texas State History Museum.
  • Visit a local farmer’s market to pick up some fresh produce or try something new. Farmer’s markets are a great opportunity to get some fresh air, while supporting small businesses!
